Tuition Fees

Riyadh University of Arts has structured its tuition fees according to the academic level of each program, ensuring that fees are aligned with the nature and degree of study, ranging from diploma programs through to PhD.

The application fee is non-refundable and payable as a one-time charge.
The registration fee is applied toward the total tuition (as an advance payment) and will be deducted from the final balance.
A 15% value-added tax (VAT) applies to all tuition fees for non-Saudi students.

Credit hour fees will be calculated for Bachelor's and Diploma students if the total number of registered hours is less than 12 hours (excluding the summer semester).
Dropping courses may affect tuition fees if the number of credit hours falls below 12.
Credit hour fees will be calculated for Master's students if the total number of registered hours is less than 8 hours, provided that the total program fee does not fall below SAR 198,000.
Credit hour fees will be calculated for Higher Diploma students if the total number of registered hours is less than 8 hours, provided that the total program fee does not fall below SAR 99,000.
The University reserves the right to amend these regulations as it deems appropriate, without prior notice.

Cases of Apology, Withdrawal, or Course Drop During the Semester:

If a student submits a request for apology, withdrawal, or course drop during the first or second week of the semester, 25% of the total fees paid will be deducted.
If the request is submitted during the third or fourth week, 50% of the total fees paid will be deducted.
Requests submitted after the fourth week are not eligible for any refund.
